Importante hotel de Valencia necesita incorporar un cocinero las funciones serán las habituales del puesto:

- Colocación y ordenación del material.

- Control de la carta: porciones, mise en place, limpieza de los diferentes elementos de cocina y las zonas de trabajo.

- Comprobación y anotación de los puntos necesarios para el próximo servicio.

- Limpieza, orden y chequeo de las zonas de trabajo utilizadas.

- Separación y reciclaje de residuos cuando corresponda.

- Cumplimiento de la política ambiental
